Who Are We?
TRZ Care is a provider of healthcare professionals across a variety of services, including Homecare, Live-in Care, End of Life, Supported Living and Temporary Staffing within NHS Hospitals.
We are owned by Cynthia, a nurse that still works 2 nursing shifts every week across our services. Cynthia is passionate about ensuring that we understand the challenges of the services that we supply into, and supports our healthcare professionals in providing the highest possible care.

Why Use Us?
We understand the importance of having the right healthcare professional in the right place at the right time.
In homecare, we have to find nurses with specific skills such as tracheotomy training and peg feed. They are often on their own, in a patient’s home, so lives are at risk if we send a nurse with the wrong skill set. We make sure that each and every nurse is screened by Cynthia, and able to do the shift they are booked for.
In homecare, someone not turning up is not an option. We have to find cover and if we can’t, we attend from the office. We have strong processes in place to ensure that we can replace should one of our staff call in sick. Because of this, 100% of our shifts are attended.
Cynthia will actively work within your trust in the appropriate areas, to understand the challenges that you face and ensure that TRZ places only the right healthcare professional in the right place at the right time!
